Get outcomes-focused care without travel. Our licensed clinicians run small, supportive groups using CBT, DBT, and skills practice—three days a week, all from home.
A focused, 8–12 week program designed around your goals. Typical weekly cadence is 3 group sessions (3 hours each) plus optional individual therapy and medication management.

Psychiatric evaluation (as appropriate) and ongoing follow-ups. We coordinate with your prescriber or provide referrals where permitted.
We track progress with validated measures so you and your clinician can see what’s working and adjust your plan quickly.
Optional family sessions focused on communication, boundaries, and relapse-prevention skills.
Step-down planning with alumni groups, relapse prevention worksheets, and warm hand-offs to ongoing providers.
Friendly coordinators help with scheduling, insurance paperwork, and tech support.
We work with many major plans and offer self-pay options with receipts for out-of-network benefits.

Adults seeking structured support for anxiety, depression, bipolar II, or related mood conditions who can participate safely from home. We are not a crisis service.
Coverage varies by state and plan. We’ll verify your benefits during the consult and share exact costs before you start.
No referral is required. You can self-refer or be referred by your provider. We will coordinate as needed.
A private space, a stable internet connection, and a phone, tablet, or computer with camera/mic. We’ll help with setup.
